Grace Sardinha Grenfell is a local native, having lived in Jupiter since the mid 1950’s. This extensive first hand knowledge of the history and development of the Jupiter/Tequesta area gives Grace a unique perspective in her approach to the local Real Estate market. As a 3rd generation member of a Palm Beach County construction family, Grace is a aware of the multiple problems that may exist from home to home and development to development.
Grace’s Real Estate career began in the mid 1990’s at the Burt Reynolds Ranch with All American Realty and the original brokers Kathryn Fleming and Janet Royals. The office relocated to the Jupiter Farms Plaza on opening day next door to Publix, where Grace still remains. This office, now My Florida Realty under the guidance of Attorney and Broker Camella Coone, has been the only Real Estate office to exist in the Jupiter Farms Plaza.
From a knowledge of local building techniques, to an awareness of the natural South Florida terrain with its elevation and vegetation, Grace views Real Estate in a real world perspective and knowledge of the history behind it.
An active community resident, Grace is a long time member of the Jupiter Farms Rural Residents Association and recently co-chaired the Jupiter High School 1956-1967 Multi-year Reunion.
